This is a better written list of the 'same old' you find written everywhere. Why is this entitled 'Cutting Costs'? I am aware and reasonably compliant with the 7 points mentioned. BUT, my monthly costs are huge even though I have insurance. $120 for my insulin, $90 for my meds, $60 for various health appointments, I test at least 4 times and sometimes up to 10 times a day at $1.12 a pop. And Lord knows this b**ch of a disease costs a fortune to feed properly. Any practical advice for actually cutting costs for me? OK.
